Description of process flow:
Waste water is first collected in the regulating pool, after most of the floating substances, particle glue, broken slag and other solid substances in the waste water are cut off by the grid, and then flows into the sand settling regulating pool to regulate the water quality and water quantity of the system, so as to mix evenly and precipitate solid sand particles, so as to protect the subsequent sewage treatment equipment in a safe operation state and avoid blockage of pipelines and pump valves.
After the wastewater is upgraded, COD, BOD, SS, chroma and heavy metals in the water are removed by air flotation device, ultrasonic electro-Fenton device and double membrane device in the equipment, and the effluent can be discharged or reused up to standard (CODcr =40mg/L).
