III. Brief description of equipment:
The technology refers to the electrochemical reaction of irradiating cathode and aerating oxygen at the bottom of cathode in wastewater by high-frequency ultrasound at normal temperature to generate hydrogen peroxide, electrolyzing anode iron plate (filler) to generate divalent iron ions, catalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide by divalent iron to generate hydroxyl radical, hydroxyl radical-OH can strongly oxidize organic matters in wastewater, so as to achieve the purpose of improving biochemical ratio of wastewater, and can also directly convert refractory organic matters into CO2and H2O, decolorize, remove impurities and deodorize wastewater, clarify effluent water, and purify wastewater. It is a heterogeneous leaching rare earth iron catalytic ultrasound-electrolysis integrated wet advanced oxidation technology referred to as US-EC-CWAO/CAOP technology.
This equipment can effectively and quickly remove heavy metals, refractory organic matter, emulsified oil, phosphate, ionic pigment, suspended oil, SS, high COD, PVA and other harmful pollutants in industrial wastewater. Make the water clearer, more stable and safer. The bacteria, suspended solids and turbidity of the effluent are close to zero, and the effluent can completely meet the national emission standards or be reused.

1. Rapidly remove refractory substances such as high COD and high ammonia nitrogen in water and improve biochemical ratio. Electro-Fenton fluidized bed circulation treatment is carried out by combining three-dimensional micro-electrolysis technology, high-frequency ultrasonic oxidation, low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning and polishing and high-frequency pulse electrolysis technology, which reduces power consumption by 2-3 times compared with conventional electrolysis and has obvious energy-saving effect.
5. Anti-blocking. By means of high frequency ultrasonic electrolysis and low frequency ultrasonic cleaning and polishing, the problems of rust passivation and filler blockage of electrode plate and iron-carbon filler are solved, and the reaction is more stable.
6. Adapt to fluctuations in water quality and quantity. The new technology is combined with water treatment automatic control technology, and the intelligent instrument signal and sensor automatic feedback technology are applied to automatically adjust the power, frequency and sound intensity density of ultrasonic waves, and automatically adjust the pulse current, voltage and current density of the electric Fenton generator to adapt to the influence of the fluctuation of wastewater quality and water quantity.
Process Description:
